whiteboardr provides real-time shared whiteboards that enable teams to collaborate remotely. Our core offerings include live drawing sessions, brainstorming tools, and interactive presentations.
3. Information Products
We may offer digital courses, tutorials, templates, and other downloadable content designed to enhance your collaboration experience.
4. Merchandise
whiteboardr may sell branded physical goods such as notebooks, stylus pens, and other collaboration accessories.
5. Payment Terms
All payments for services, digital products, and merchandise are processed through secure third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the designated payment method.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Service Offerings
Requests for refunds for subscription or one-time service purchases must be submitted within 14 days of the initial payment. To request a refund, contact our support team via contact.php with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Subscription plans may be paused or rescheduled upon request if submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Please contact us at contact.php for schedule changes.
6.2 Digital Learning Materials
Digital courses and downloadable content may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To submit a refund request, contact contact.php. Approved refunds for digital products will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6.3 Physical Merchandise
Merchandise can be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To arrange shipment back, contact our support team via contact.php. Once the item arrives and is inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. No-Refund Service
Certain custom collaboration setups, dedicated support contracts, and one-time event hosting services are non-refundable due to the specialized nature of the work and resource allocation. These non-refundable services will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
